McDonald's has a great track record of training and development – 80% of our Business Managers started off as crew – and our work experience programme is a great opportunity to get a taste for the working environment and could be the first step in your career at McDonald’s.

What’s expected of you

As with any experience you will have to show enthusiasm, a level of dedication and have a professional attitude. Your work experience will be completed over 10 days and we expect you to be committed to get the most out of this experience.
