Trainee Business Managers

We’re guessing that although a management career with award-winning training and real prospects is in itself attractive, you’re ready to hear about what else is in it for you. After all, in joining us you’ll be expected to display energy, commitment and hard work every day and in return we’ll give you the kind of rewards and benefits that really matter to you.

You’ll take home a package of professional rewards that includes a starting salary of up to £21,500 plus London Weighting (£3,000 in inner London and £1,500 in our South East region). Within weeks of joining there’s the potential of quarterly bonuses. In less than three years you could be running your own restaurant and earning a salary and package of £45,000. In the meantime, as you prove yourself and rise up the management ladder, your rewards will climb too.

In addition, expect:

  • Five weeks’ holiday per annum, rising to six weeks after three years of service.
  • Annual performance related pay review.
  • Life assurance cover.
  • Optional contributory pension scheme.
  • Private healthcare for you, your spouse and any dependent children up to 21 years of age, after six months’ service.
  • Company car or cash alternative after six months as a Business Manager.
  • Home telephone bill assistance for restaurant managers – £300 per annum.
  • A paid sabbatical leave of eight weeks for every 10 years of service.
