Trainee Business Manager
You don't need to be a hardened jogger to be a successful Business Manager. But your personality will need to display some of the drive and determination of an athlete.
As a graduate – or someone with bags of ambition and relevant management experience under your belt – you've set your sights high. And why shouldn't you? Join us and your first steps will be an intensive 18-week Management Development Programme. This is commercial management training in its fullest sense, designed to give you the talents needed for a long-term management career. As well as a thorough grounding in the operational side of the business, you'll build a whole raft of commercial skills in areas including finance, marketing, leadership and HR.
Once you've completed the Programme you'll work alongside the restaurant management team. Many of our restaurants have a £million plus turnover and employ a team of 60 or more people. You'll help set targets, manage budgets and control stock, as well as assisting in the recruitment, training and inspiration of Crew Members.
Then, when you become a Business Manager (which can be within two or three years), there'll be Trainee Business Managers there to assist you in the running of your very own business. That's when you'll really come into your own, as your ideas, initiative and personality shape and drive the success of your restaurant.
